Q&A with Lori Nedescu

What are you most looking forward to in 2018?

I’ve recently joined a new cycling team and I’m super excited for a year of hard racing and success.

Who or what is your biggest motivator?

I’m very self-driven. There is never a moment when I’m not trying to push myself to achieve something greater; whether its physical, educational, or an epic experience, I hate being bored and stagnant.

What’s your favorite workout song?

I’m constantly changing my playlist. Right now, I have ‘Nuggets-Mura Masa’, ‘Feel It Still- Portugal. The Man’, and ‘Werk – Maya Jane Coles’ on repeat.

Where can we find you on your days off?

When not competing, I’m likely browsing Instagram, trying out a new recipe, stalking strava segments, or taking fun photos.

What’s your go-to PowerBar product?

I really like the Clean Whey Cookie Dough Bar because it’s gluten free, tastes good, and provides me with the perfect post workout recovery that I can stash in my bag and have ready for immediate post training re-fueling.
